"This week in 1819, a serial killer nicknamed, The Axeman, terrorized New Orleans by writing a letter to the newspaper that he loved Jazz music. If a house or business was playing Jazz on Saturday, he would spare them. We will tell the story and tell some more musical favorites of other killers."
