Ukranian Olympian Andrii Govorov Calls for Ban on Russian Competition, Athletes

World record holder and Ukranian Olympian Andrii Govorov is calling for all swimming federations to skip competitions in Russia for the next year as well as ban Russian athletes from all competitions.
